The 50th Class Reunion Picnic will be held on Sunday October 13th from 1-6pm at Amador Valley Community Park (Directly behind the swimming pool) on 4443 Black Ave. Pleasanton, Ca. 94566
Our Picnic will be a no host event. Please bring your own wonderful lunches and drinks. (we have paid the extra insurance for those who would like to bring alcohol)
As the date gets closer we'll provide a list of places where you can order food to go. We will provide a variety of desserts, coffee and tea.
THE SITE HAS A BARB-O-QUE!!! IF YOU WOULD PREFER TO BRING YOUR OWN MEAT, YOU ARE WELCOME TO GATHER AROUND THE BARBI FOR ANOTHER FUN EXPERIENCE! We already have several excited about this option! (We'll provide the barb-o-que utensils) Please bring your own sauce.
If you have a special dessert you'd like to make and share, then please join me (Kathy Gates) as I will be making fruit turnovers. (And boy are they good!!)

Park in the Old Jr. Parking Lot off Cowboy Alley and Meet at the New Gym. Rex Anderson will be giving us the tour.
We will be taking one of 4 group pictures at this event.
A donation of $10-$20+ would be EXTREMELY Helpful. This venue is costly.
There's a $900+ park rental fee, staffing fee, website costs, decorations, name tags, photo copies, etc.
The new picnic site offers indoor and outdoor seating as well as indoor air-conditioning.

After our expenses have been paid, we will use the remainder of the donated money to buy prizes for the raffle during the picnic.
For every $5.00 donated, you will receive one raffle ticket! Pick up your tickets and name tags at the Picnic Registration table.

That's another great question. Actually we have a few classmates that have already donated money who won't be attending the picnic. They just want to make sure that hopefully everyone comes through with donations so all our costs are covered and everyone has a great time!
So your donation is just that, a donation and it will not be returned to you but you will still be entered into the raffle and your item should you win, will be mailed to you.
So please keep those donations coming in. If you'd rather pay by check reach out to me (Kathy Gates) kathygates714@gmail.com and I'll tell you how and where to send it.
